Extensive Refuges

When it becomes difficult to live at your residence upon a disaster, you do live in a refuge.
Please go to your community’s designated refuge first. If your community’s refuge is not available or difficult to live, then go to your designated extensive refuge (out of 42 refuges in the city).
Each extensive refuge is operated by your community’s self disaster prevension committee and refugees.
