From the date of determining the place of residence to 14 days after the date of entry
・Things to Bring
A resident card (“Zairyu Card”) or a special permanent resident certificate, a passport, and a written document to prove him/her as a family (original and the one translated into Japanese) of the person who entered Japan.
(If a proxy takes a procedure for him/her, please bring the letter of proxy, resident cards or special permanent resident certificates and passports of everyone who moves in, and the proxy’s personal identification card with a portrait photo.
