Foreigners who enter from abroad will pay the minimum premium in the first year of entry because they did not have income in Japan in the previous year, but from the second year, the premium will be based on the income of the previous year.
Payment can be made at banks and convenience stores in Kakegawa City. You can also pay by direct debit.
